With the start of a new year, many of us will be making the resolution to return to the beneficial habit of exercise. We will purchase treadmills, rowing machines, recumbent bikes, Yoga DVDs, running shoes, or perhaps join a gym. We set off with an iron will and a fierce determination to reach our fitness goals. Sadly the statistics are against us. Most of us will not stay compliant with the exercise habit past mid February.
